The ABB RPMP-13 Panel Mounting Platform, designed for the CDP312R control panel, offers robust NEMA 12 protection for industrial environments. This platform ensures the CDP312R is securely mounted and protected, featuring a 3-meter cable for flexible connectivity. Constructed from 2 mm steel plate with a RAL 7035 structured powder coating, it provides durability and a professional finish. The platform is designed to accommodate a maximum door panel thickness of 14ga (2.5mm), ensuring a secure fit within your enclosure. It is compatible with CDV units and requires DPC/DPCV panels to fully enclose the front, top, and bottom sections. For specific mounting requirements, CDH is recommended for MC frames and CDHK for MK frames. The panel itself complies with IP44 protection standards, safeguarding against dust and water ingress. This solution is ideal for integrating ABB's control panel into floor-standing enclosures, offering a clean and protected installation. The included CDP312R control panel features a three-line LCD display showing main, secondary, and bar parameters, along with nine keys for operation. It provides readouts for critical motor data including output frequency (Hz), output current (A), output voltage (V), motor torque (%), DC bus voltage (V), value proportional to frequency (e.g., RPM), heatsink temperature, and fault/status messages. Advanced control functions such as linear and 'S' ramp acceleration/deceleration, local/remote control, FWD/REV selection, DC braking, manual and auto torque boost, motor slip compensation, electronic potentiometer, two skip frequencies, adjustable frequency limits, adjustable output current, and DC bus regulation are all supported. Speed/Torque Control and PID control capabilities are also integrated, making it a versatile solution for motor control applications. The CDP312R keypad is designed for easy access and operation, allowing for efficient monitoring and adjustment of drive parameters.
