Overview
The ABB ACS800-37-0610-5+B053+C129 is a floor-mounted, ultra-low harmonic cabinet drive engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring precise motor control and energy efficiency. This 550 HP (672 A) drive operates within a 480 VAC (380–500 VAC) range, delivering reliable performance in demanding environments with its NEMA 1 / UL Type 1 (IP22) enclosure. The 3-phase input and output configuration ensures seamless integration into existing industrial systems, while the included local or remote-mounted LCD display and keypad provide intuitive operation and monitoring. With dimensions of 91.1" x 48.4" x 25.4" and a weight of 2090 lbs, this drive is built for stability and durability in manufacturing, automation, and process industries. The ACS800 series is designed to reduce harmonic distortion, improving power quality and compliance with stringent electrical standards. Its robust frame (R8i) and floor-mounting design make it ideal for applications such as pumps, fans, compressors, and conveyors where variable speed control and energy savings are critical. The drive’s compact footprint and high overload capacity (1.1x) ensure long-term reliability and minimal maintenance.

FENA-21
The FENA 21 DualPort module supports Three protocols Modbus-TCP, EtherNet/IP, and the PROFInet IO RT network. The Modbus-TCP protocol is simply the Modbus protocol used on top of Ethernet-TCP/IP. Modbus-TCP is an open Industrial Ethernet network which has been specified by the Modbus-IDA User Organization. EtherNet/IP is based on the Common Industrial Protocol (CIP), which is also the framework for both the ControlNet and DeviceNet network protocols. PROFInet IO RT is an open network based on the PI Organization standard.
